AI automation for freight brokers & forwarders

The first quote in
wins the load.
Be first, every time.

Dispatch reads the quote requests hitting your inbox and drafts the reply — your lanes, your pricing, your voice — in seconds. You review it, you send it, you win the load.

Works in your Gmail Nothing sends without you Set up in 20 minutes

Priced from your rate sheet and your last 200 sent quotes. Illustration — not a real customer email.

The leak in your margin

An RFQ that sits for three hours
is a load someone else booked.

A shipper blasts the same request to five inboxes. The first credible number usually takes it. If your reply waits until you're off the phone, you weren't slow — you were invisible.

First in wins

When five desks get the same RFQ, the reply that lands first sets the bar. Everyone after is negotiating against it.

Hours vanish mid-day

Quotes stall behind check calls, tracking, and carrier fires. The inbox waits. The shipper doesn't.

Speed reads as competence

A fast, clean quote tells a shipper you'll be fast and clean with their freight — before you've hauled a thing.

What Dispatch does

Exactly what it does,
in plain English.

Three things, done in seconds, every time a quote request lands.

Reads the request

Forwarded threads, attachments, portal notifications pasted into an email, three lines with no punctuation — it pulls lane, equipment, weight, and dates out of however the request arrives.

Learns your lanes

Prices it your way

Your rate sheet sets the floor — per-mile by equipment, minimums, fuel. Then it studies your sent mail and learns what you actually quoted on those lanes, so the number sounds like you, not a calculator.

Drafts in your voice

A complete reply lands in your drafts folder, written the way you write. You read it, tweak it if you want, and hit send. Dispatch never emails a customer on its own.

Beyond quotes

Quoting is where we start.
Not where we stop.

Every brokerage and forwarding office runs on a pile of repeat work. We build automations around yours.

Carrier packet chasing

New carrier? It requests the packet, checks what came back, and nudges until the insurance cert and W-9 are actually in.

Check-call logging

Location updates pulled from calls, texts, and emails into one clean timeline per load — instead of six sticky notes.

Status-update emails

Customers get "picked up," "rolling," and "delivered" notes without anyone typing them.

Your weird workflow

The spreadsheet only one person understands, the 11 PM ritual — if it's repetitive, we can probably build it. Including an AI receptionist for the carrier calls that flood in when you post a load.

How it works

Running on your inbox
the same week.

No IT project and no data entry. We set it up with you on one call.

  1. 01

    Book a 15-minute demo

Pick a slot and we'll walk you through it live on real freight emails. If it's not for you, that's the whole cost — fifteen minutes.

  2. 02

    Twenty-minute setup

Connect your Gmail and drop in your rate sheet. Dispatch reads your sent quotes itself and learns your lanes — no spreadsheets to fill out.

  3. 03

    Drafts start appearing

Quote requests start showing up in your drafts folder already answered. You review, hit send, and get back to moving freight.

The offer

Free for two weeks
on your real quotes. Then
less than a part-time hire.

The math, so you can check it: say your margin averages $250 a load. If faster replies win you just one extra load a week, that's about $1,000 a month — more than Dispatch costs.

Illustrative numbers. Bring your own margin to the demo and we'll run it on yours.

Straight answers

Questions, answered
in plain English.

No jargon. If something's not here, ask us at the demo.

Does it ever send a quote without me?

Never. Everything lands as a draft in your Gmail. You read it, you send it. If you never hit send, nothing ever goes out.

We price by feel, not a rate sheet.

That's what the sent-mail learning is for. Dispatch studies what you actually quoted on your lanes and drafts from that. The rate sheet is a floor, not a cage — and you can change any number before it sends, because you're the one sending.

Is my inbox safe?

It's your Google account. You grant access with Google's own sign-in — we never see your password — and you can revoke it in one click at any time. Drafts live in your Gmail, not on our servers.

Do I need DAT or a rate service?

No. Dispatch prices from your rate sheet and your own history. Already pay for DAT? We can plug your subscription in so drafts anchor to the market too.

What does it cost?

The first two weeks on your real inbox are free. After that, flat monthly pricing that comes in under a part-time hire — you get the exact number at the demo, before you've paid anything.

Our requests come in weird formats.

Good — that's the point. Forwards of forwards, PDFs, portal notifications, one sentence with no commas. If a human can tell it's a quote request, Dispatch can usually parse it. When it can't, it flags it for you instead of guessing.
